This one was filed on April 17th for 172 employees starting June 16th. Anyone know the difference between Illumina, Inc. vs Illumina, Inc. Worldwide Headquarters filing the notice?

Warn list is a California thing. If it says Illumina on the list for layoff then it’s in California.
The WARN notice does refer to “future layoffs”. Everyone (?) who you think was just “laid off” in April is actually still an Illumina employee (getting paid as such etc, but doing no work, no email access, and has the ability to take another job elsewhere), and is being officially terminated (laid off) on June 16. To clarify: the WARN specifies the dates at which the employees who were informed in April will have their last day of employment. That means there should be a WARN issued per each round of layoff. The WARN does not inform about future layoffs.
This doesn't mean another layoff in June (well, I wouldn't rule that out, but it isn't what this notice is). This means the employees that were laid off recently on April 17th were notified and they will remain as "employees" until June 16th.
That’s the warn notice for the most recent round of layoffs.
