Zero.
Cisco keep LR'ing G12 and above.. but we still have more of them every FY.. Its never ending cycle to steal money.. one family member at a time.... pump and fire !!
When I calculate a principal engineer with $275k base pay,
RSU: 2500 * 60 = $150k
Bonus: $275k * 0.25 = $70k
Total: $500k
This is much higher than that of a principal engineer salary from Juniper Networks, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, F5 and zScaler.
