Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

From a VP… May Layoffs are on their way

Heard from a VP May layoffs are on their way to cut costs. She wouldn’t disclose who or where. But it sounded like supporting organizations to S&T will be targeted.

In Spain they already announced lay offs of 200-300 staff members across operations. ! Even Ramon as CEO does not protect Spain based workers! Very gloomy mood in Barcelona office. Lay offs in 2023, 2024 and now again !

Unless money wasting DPA is disolved and its leadership gone, Pepsico won't succeed in its attempts for real digital transformation.

Sounds like the VP here is Monica Bauer Mengelberg. The DEI Officer who had a large helping hand in destroying upper management and then was promoted to Global Employee Engagement Senior Vice President.

censorship on this site... my comment earlier removed. they need to cut AK and G. S&T (especially DPA) is a mess. no alignment and just too much mish mosh of teams where roles become unclear
