He shouldn’t confuse resilience for indifference. I think most people are just numb at this point and quite a lot have mentally checked out

It's funny, my manager wants us an individual contributors to tell leadership how to improve morale. So literally do leadership's job for them.

And that was the best video they could put together. Multiple takes and he's very clearly reading the lines.

don't worry Stewart talked today about holding on to dei but changing the outward message so we dont get sued for actively discriminating against hires and promotions

Impressed by our resilience....ha...i guess that is how out of touch with this company and we the people he is. He needs to speak for himself and his immediate team. There are still people deeply affected by the cuts last week as well as the cuts prior. The morale around here su-ks. Never in my 10 yrs have I seen the morale so low. Never have i seen such confusion by Leadership after the changes. Never have I ever had an issue getting my job completed. Now Its, "I cant complete my job, cuz you just let go, the one person that did that job>" When asking who is taking on that specific job, Leadership has no answer. I LOVE FAILING AT MY DAILY DUTIES! Its a whole new way of life here at Illumina.
