Even on bad earnings reports XRX has been timely, but nothing yet?
As per SEC, companies have to announce a call "several days" in advance to alert shareholders and analysts. There is something unusual, besides the normal failures, going on here.
If they had any good news, that would have come out early, or at least on time.
This call will be rough, whenever it happens.
They wait for Apple to announce their Earnings date, and knowing that the focus will be elsewhere, deliberately pick the same day. Good way to bury bad news.

What delay? Earnings announcement is April 23 with an estimated EPS at 2 cents.
In regards to an investors call, the analysts don't ask follow up questions to the rhetoric, and SB keeps telling the world that they don't see what he sees. Why bother having the call anywho?
Yup, those are estimates based on past reporting. Not official, but informative, as you can see if they are reporting later than usual. The XRX investors page is the 'official' announcement.
They shut down Webster and US mfg because they knew they were merging with Lexmark months ahead of time. I might not be the horrible numbers they are working on, but the Material Risk' statements. Effectively, all Xerox consumables will be coming from China now and everything just doubled in price b/c of tariffs. HPI went the Mexico route, btu I don;t think Xerox can.
It might be worse than just the $ losses.
Agreed. Someone told me the earnings will be reported tomorrow / 22nd but online I read somewhere it’s on the 29th? It’s not even listed on the Xerox website (internal either).
