If they're that obsessed with offshoring, maybe they should start with the ELT. Think of the cost savings. We could probably save hundreds of actual American jobs.

In the same thread, Aureus under C&A Industries was a way better and more successful company before the acquisition. MedSol needed funding from private equity in order to purchase Aureus. C&A Industries had more marketshare than MedSol (partially due to commercial, allied health and FOS MSP). MedSol acquired C&A Industries and destroyed a successful business model in order takeout a competitor. Aya continues to outpace the competition while MedSol and AMN continue to lose clients and respect in the industry. Mismanagement has destroyed both MedSol and Aureus. Best of luck to those still working there!
I know this is hard to believe but 10 years ago the company actually cared about its employees. Craig made it an effort to know each person‘s name when he came to the offices for a visit. There were personal connections to executive leaders that do not exist now. Unfortunately, things really started changing when they acquired Aureus. It is such a shame to see what a great company they used to be and now witness its fall from grace.
I wish everyone who is still there all the best. I am somebody that was laid off a year ago. I was able to find a position in my wheelhouse that actually paid more money for less responsibility. Now, that’s not to say I don’t miss my team, but I have an opportunity to create new connections and relationships with the team I have now. Good luck to everyone left.
One would think. But when has the company ever done something that would benefit the people within the company first. This whole situation isn't about how the employees of the company feels or what is best for them. I can bet they aren't even thinking about that when making these decisions. Or these decisions wouldn't have even been a thought knowing how many people it would affect along the way. They are thinking about money and greed.
