basically my job is schedule maker, over and over and over again, why so many drafts? The store manager is trying to bonus out at the end of the year.
How about customer complaints?
Many, many, many, but not about the associates, about the store check out, store appearance, and merchandise
False/phony surveys. I think we get them a lot, the store manager is using the same terminology in meetings and it shows up in the surveys. Somehow the bad ones get swept under the rug.
Want PTO? Good luck. Pto approved and denied arbitrarily
Hiring practices? Hiring cousins, friends, relatives, you name it. Pay rates all over the board, New hire related to store manager at $15, other one at $12. New hires come in making $2 more per hour than an associate here for five years.
Store manager is lazy, lazy, lazy, sits all day walks one lap around store, sits, takes 90 min lunch, on phone, playing solitaire with door closed, online shopping, gossiping with other managers, so so so unprofessional.
