Geico has posted they are hiring another 1k employees in Dallas. Geico offers pension to new hires and you can either start drawing at 55 or cash it out. They also offer discount on car insurance for their employees. They also offer the usual 401k, health insurance, etc.

the SF pension is sweet
Go for the pension!
But SF says no one wants a pension.
If I were new to sf I'd move to geico for the pension alone.
