Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

Zero regrets after leaving

I was so unhappy at Accenture for years, but I was always too scared to leave. Better the devil you know, right? Two months ago, I finally got the courage to move on when I lucked into a great offer, and I cannot tell you how much happier I am now.

If you are on the fence, please start looking. You might not find something right away, but you will eventually. And you will be so much happier for it. It changed my life.

Good luck, whatever you decide.

It is good that you found your own way being so unhappy about Accenture. However, I am unsure why this is posted at all? My situation is such, that I am very content with Accenture in general, my team, my project and I would not be willing to quit even for more money. The point is, if anyone is unhappy, they should quit and then reduce the chances of us, who are very happy here, being let go. I am very pleased for you and wish you best luck in new position.

Where did you find a new job? I've been looking with no luck for almost a year.

I had a guy from Accenture reach out to tell me I should apply for a job posted in a different team.

I sent him my resume, got a referral, and then didn’t even get an interview. LOL!

Pat yourself on the back for 1) not being a loser, and 2) improving your situation. I WISH my degrees, experience, full rides thru all levels of school mattered. Holler if you want house help. I’ll do anything. Just need my medicine to stay alive, and maybe the hope that I’ll be able to enjoy a few years away from the rat face before I fall over dead or self-delete.
