Week beginning 12 or 19 May I am told. Yes, everyone has been identified already, MDT just need the stars to align in all the different jurisdictions in each and every country so they can RIF everyone at the same time. Good luck everyone, whether you want to stay or move on to something else.
I'm pretty sure leadership has known for months who is getting let go and no amount of positive happy thoughts on your self-review will stop that. I have a good friend that retired from MDT last year (VP level) and they have to work this out ahead of time due to all the paperwork involved in letting people go. It's not done in a snap. Good luck everyone! On a side note..maybe the RIFs should start with those VPs that have had multiple credible HR allegations against them instead of the people actually doing the work...food for thought.
I hear from a well qualified source that they chose to wait to do layoffs until the self evaluation input for the performance review is complete. The windows for the inputs started Monday, and if you display a positive attitude with positive self reflection, you will be not laid off - No matter what!!!
