Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

Hanging by a thread

The problem at Waters is incompetent management. Simply getting rid of the useless consultants, useless midlevel managers who don’t know a thing, and most of the leadership team is a good start. Once a great company. It’s now he-l on earth, and it became this under the leadership of the current CEO.

Over half my day is spent coaching my dipsh-t boss…. The other half is wasted with stupid ideas from the useless new leadership.

If even Walmart has better Glassdoor ratings than us, that clearly indicates we have some serious issues to address - but everything is okay - leadership!

A great example of Waters “leadership” is that they’d rather create fake positive reviews instead of dealing with the real negative reviews of their employees. That’s the plan of a rudderless, backwards organization.

They must not be called directors or managers; they are micromanagers, pure and simple.

Nah, it was already well on its way before Udit arrived. In Wexford it's people completely unqualified getting promotions because they are "friends" overlooking the genuine workers.

Destroyed the place.
