A track record and shining example for good leadership and successful transformation.
Ken C: Known to many here as the exec being paid 22MM a year after being removed as leader of the field and put into a made up job.
Andy M: another overpaid GP in finance who was picked on one too many times on the playground as a kid but now likes to act like a tough guy and overstarch his shirts.
Suzan M: HR, does little other than grace the cover of your total rewards statement with some unfortunate formatting that may have added a few lbs. Has little to no respect from leaders.
