…and don’t forget all the NEW requirements/goals we are accountable for in 2025, above and beyond our Actual Responsibilities…like MANDATORY participation in and creation of X number of personal and Global Projects. where the number X depends on your group or team apparently.
MANDATORY participation in voluntary 3M learn courses, voluntary 3M Wellness 360 courses (or whatever they called), plus voluntary organized 3M events and meetings. Don’t call it voluntary when employees are VOLUNTOLD that it’s now part of their metrics!
Do it all, even though it’s impossible, even though the greedy Execs continue to pad their income, benefits, severance and retirement packages etc., while robbing the other middling groups of their L1 AND permanently taking away everyday wins…and don’t forget to say THANK YOU to 3M for the fact you still have a job…for now. (And now that you are completely drained, go look for a new job…even though in a bunch of areas the job market is non existent…unless you want to, or can afford to, pay mortgage and bills on a minimum wage (or close to it) job
