I’m a defender of service employees but the reason people are getting fired is because they’ve discovered how awful some agents are speaking to customers. If you’re doing that, expect to be fired immediately. I don’t blame them for cracking down on that. Hopefully offshore agents and their internal Wayfair reporting line are held accountable for that eventually too. Because they’re a joke.

If people are being let go it’s probably their own situation. Not like an entire department is being eliminated.
I know of 5 people that got let go in the past week, its sad to see so many go.
They are on a firing spree in Care, be careful if you are in that dept.
This Way Day outcome will definitely be interesting. I like to stay positive so hoping for BEST!
Sorry you hate your job, you are not alone many of us feel the same. However, people come to this board to hear credible info on layoffs, not to complain.
I hate my job in frontline. The fact that they got rid of my position and put my team and I back on my own position is insane. We are overworked and underpaid. They ruined digital by giving it to JSL & ISL.
