It’s great reading about Oxy being recognized as an Employer of Choice. VH has been named one of the “World’s Most Powerful Women 2024”.
Before joining Oxy, a lot of people l know always speak highly of the company. I was skeptical at joining at first but l am glad l did. I have worked at some of the Majors and Oxy stands out amongst them despite it being a mid-sized O&G company. Very smart and good people working at Oxy for the most part.
I planned to retire at Oxy if possible. Very stable company with Leaders that truly care for their employees which you will not find often in the corporate world. I hope they are able to pay down their debt soon and invest for the future on new projects. Both current and former employees talk good about the Oxy.
