They are holding it so they don’t have to pay commission on it this year. They will wait until next year when all of their sales team starts over at zero so bonuses and accelerators do not have to be paid this year.

There’s your problem …you leased a xerox. Recommend a fire and a lawsuit to get you out of the ironclad lease.
Carbon paper is more reliable and cheaper. And doesn’t have the bad name xerox does. Fyi. 🪶

Well …xerox is happy with where you’re at …boy have i heard that before. Im sure glad they are happy, as i am not.
Place is a nightmare. Planning on leaving very soon. Can’t believe i made it this long. I am done with this waste of time.
How it works in former Global cores:
Equipment travels from the west coast to a distribution center, then trucked to a core or two. The same equipment could wind back up on the west coast or back to the same city of the distribution center just to fill an order that has fallen through the cracks because the gear was allocated to a more important customer, forgotten about, rep quit, etc.
Xerox is in a way more serious problem than even they are aware of.
The work ethic is long gone. The trust in the employer is totally gone. The work load is insane and no one in their right mind wants to work here. Why would anyone want to put themselves into a position like this? They wouldn’t. Plain and simple.
Everybody needs money, but if you don’t have your self respect and look out for yourself, you have major league problems in a hurry.
This will become evident to everyone left here unbelievably soon. People watch out for yourself with this place.

They are out of paper machete and glue, because of …..covid. Ya thats it.
