Moving to Hubs

When will section managers be made to move to a hub? Some are already there and going into the offices. How can the company expect to get everything moved to the hubs when they don't even have the section managers there yet. Wonder if they will be offering any relocation package. Its pretty obvious thats the direction of the company as they have said no more promotions for wfh employees. Why won't they just be honest and shrare the plan. Is it because they are afraid there would be mass exit. Why don't the company just move it and severence out the employees. Wouldn't that be cheaper than this draging on and on. If the company was smart they'd offer relocation to get more experience in the hubs and severence out the remaining.

I'll believe it when I see it. Haven't seen much progress of them getting everything into the hubs. Don't we have more wfh employees than we have in the hub offices? Anyone know the numbers? If you believe so strongly that they can get it done please elaborate on how you think they could? I don't believe they can hire enough people in the hubs to replace the work from home workforce or they'd have done it.

If you think they will never get rid of wfh, you are delusional.

I don't think they are smart enough to ever get it done.

DO TELL, how exactly do you think they can accomplish getting all wfh jobs moved into the hubs? They don't seem to be accomplishing anything towards that. They can't keep employees in the hubs, they can't even get the hybrid employees to come into the hubs when they are scheduled to. They do not want to offer move packages, or severence packages. SO HOW THE HE-L COULD THEY?

They can't get all the wfh jobs moved to the hubs when they can't even get the wfh section managers moved there.

No promotional opportunities for any claims wfh employees. Only for hub employees. Wfh folks just hanging out for a severence or to be forced out.

CAT has told their employees back to office by 8/1 or turn your badge in. Management's bonus structure is dependent on compliance within their span of control.

a2+1jr9eqxsh what area is this where these rumors are? I’m not saying it isn’t true because I had a similar timeline. I mean it can’t go on forever right? Especially if our growth continues to slow. Problem is I believe we have 15-20k that are remote…

This place has always been toxic. Been here 30+ years. It doesn't change. If you have been here under 10 get out, it doesn't get better. If under 5 go and don't look back. I don't carry the insurance because that's a conflict of interest for me. I don't recommend it either as they treat their employees terrible while giving huge bonus to the big wigs. Its true they are coming down on the employees for all that is wrong. Our new slogan is price and ease. Its all employees fault that we are going #2.

Yes. Everyone that works here has probably already figured up their severence. Multiple times in anticipation of getting out of here.

See how they are: Shut up and go back to work. You are to have no opinion and are a disposable expense. Someday they will realize their money does not buy humanity. Further proof leadership are very disturbed people.

I love it when they come right out and say shut up. It proves the big lie at SF. The company has zero care for you or the policyholder. All they care about is money in their pocket. You should see their face when you tell em what you think. They don't know how to act. Control is what you take from them and they are lost.

I agree. I stayed with SF because of the retirement benefits and had been with SF for approx 25yrs when they changed the benefits and I got cut out of those benefits that I stayed for because I was not 50 years old. They have done nothing but cut benefits since I've been here. Never anything added to benefit the employee. I had a massive amount sick days they took and never paid me for, but instead gave me like 15 extra pto days for them. SF is always looking for ways it can sc--w its employees. Always some bullsh-t and lies.

@a3+1 I have developed some significant PTSD during my time at SF from going through the same things you describe. They need to give severance. Instead they psychologically abuse employees by gaslighting and micromanaging them out while saying it's not what they are doing.

I wish I had my time with SF in with a different company. SF has caused me lots of anxiety over the years. I recommend any younger, newer employees to move on from SF. Its always been a sh-t show and always will be. It's either the threat of loosing your job, being moved against your will, being micromanage to the point of misery. I think they want people to quit so they can replace in the hub.
