CES is a joke. It’s not anonymous as it’s pretty easy to figure out who stated what response on a small team. CES during this time is a waste of time and money. The only good part about CES is this is probably my last survey.
I always respond to these with a pass/fail grade. 1 or 10.
The only way things get noticed is if they are beyond +‐ 8 of the average.
Just blow the same smoke up their’s that they blow up our’s.
An exercise in futility. Skipping the CES altogether sends a stronger message. You know nothing is going to change based on the survey. Don’t play their game. Your time is worth more.
I answered honestly. I have a good manager and I don’t think the leadership kept us informed well. Now we are moving to the implementation phase so the information and scheduling is coming together. Good luck everyone!

Bad idea. Surveys are not confidential. Also, why bad mouth any leader? Everyone has a family to feed so be kind to each other.
Only wish we knew more about the org charts.
Just remember that in a few months they will be choosing who stays and who goes for us regulars peons… so don’t think they’ll forget what you say

The survey is targeted at flushing out bad managers from the bottom up.
The survey will be used to decide which managers get job positions.
