This only happens during times Ford is under legal pressure or fear that they are— you can be assured that it’s not a third party rage-baiting. It’s retaliation for comments made towards ford regarding certain treatments in the other thread, please refer to the comments in those threads to reinforce the motivation for OP in this one. It is to paint a narrative of a real cover up, and is the sad story for many others who didn’t fight against a machine that is used to winning and getting away with it. That is why you see oscillation where these threads pop up each time something rubs them the wrong way. Think smart. Notice the metrics used such as 3 years. 3 years is generally an unspoken rule for promotion timeline. It’s purposely jabbing at the employees that waited. These are the leaders of your own company trying to cause divide and create a sentiment towards those that suffered under different fates / circumstances that are even ACCURATELY displayed to you for an ethical decision on your part. It’s highly exaggerated (6 months). This is dangerous and real thing you are all witnessing and can be aware of at ford to understand that you aren’t crazy, this is what they do. HR goes to school learning how to dodge the rules instead of using them to uphold fairness at integrity at ford. Think about it.
