And it will not be O&I only. Others groups are doing evaluations as well.
Do the people who are let go receive prorated bonuses?
for teams with OKR it is likely to occur on the last 3 weeks of Q3, so that Q4 can be plan, Q3 is not affected, Q1 are out of the accounting and savings can be factor in on time for bonus time.
Is it really only O&I ?
