Edward Jones #24 on Forrunes Great Places to Work

Increasing from #31... based on 2024 surveys... after they announced RTO... I call bullsh-t or it was waaaay overindexed to field responses.

That doesn't align at all with CES results.

Those "best places to work" awards are nonsense. It's payola, and very similar to the. "best of" awards... "best (insert business here) of (insert location here)".

Engagement surveys are useless too.
There are departments that are so desperate for positive scores that they "encourage" their associates to skip questions that they feel neutral about so it doesn't detract from positive input they might receive. Talk about fudging the numbers. SHEESH!

This is the biggest lie I've ever seen. They are only surveying the field and not HQ and it shows, LOL.

The Chief "Transformation" Officer had a big hand in this, too. Don't let that troglodyte off the hook.
