BD has been outsourcing US jobs and manufacturing to Mexico and China for a long time now. This was amplified after BD acquired CareFussion and took advantage of their tax schemes to avoid paying their tax responsibilities in the US. Well let's all sit back and hope that the Trump administration doesn't learn about BD's tax schemes and decides to make an example of it.
