I’m astonished that folks think it can be EB. I’d love a woman as CEO but she can’t even get her advisors to tell her the truth about anything so everything out of her mouth feels like lying to our faces or at a minimum woefully misinformed. You can’t be CEO like that.

EB was anointed ages ago.
Why did NigelLeave?
I worked with EB. I’m not in the upper management. She has more than it takes to be the next CEO. Compassionate, technical, and shining in leadership qualities. Period
Chevron has no future as an independent company, MW has seen to that.
So there will not be any future CEO, unless MW makes the company sale, then leaves some poor sod to handle the wind down and absorption into purchasing company most likely XOM.
MW will be the last Chevron ceo.. next up is selling out to Exxon
If it’s JG this company is cooked.
Was supposed to be EB hence the temp move to CFO to prove out her "business acumen" but she's floundering tremendously so other options are back on the table.
KP
EB is by far the most qualified individual on the exec team. She will be CEO. JG will be CFO and BK will come in to MNs role
BK slid down the totem pole. Not exactly the career arc one would expect for a future CEO. He'll be CEO at a place like SLB or some Indian company in the near future.
I think everyone can agree is was SUPPOSED to be EB but the reality set in
MW, immortal serum has been discovered.
BK 1000%
MCBU’s TRB was recently promoted to report directly to Wirthless. I’m thinking he’s in the running now.
LC. Because utter incompetence fails upwards, stupid.
MN first, briefly, then BK. Indian CEOs are the new corporate fashion statement. It's meant to tell investors "Oil and Gas isn't a lumbering dinosaur! We have an Indian CEO, just like Microsoft and Google. We're cool. Buy our stock."
BK have it your way
MN then EB
Absolutely EB
EB
None of the above. Possibly an external candidate.
