Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Expect April 25th to be the day

Expect day after earnings to be the day or week after. June end would be last day for many

@dz we are in the quiet period before earnings now. Any news can affect stock negatively. Wait till day after earnings and last week of April to see layoffs announcements

Why can't LBT fire them sooner?

What would Elon do?

60 days notice and should be over soon. No dragging out for 6 months like last time

Same time frame as the 2016 ACT that started this whole downhill process. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a much shorter timeline for this cycle. I doubt there will be any voluntary options. I would bet that people who get let go will be walked out the door and it will all be over in a week. In 2016 the people who left involuntarily were the first to go and it happened upon notification.
