Thread regarding Fannie Mae layoffs

A full RTO policy is a terrible strategy

We all know it’s just a way to drive attrition. They’re implementing it to make us more uncomfortable, inconvenienced, and under pressure—either we can’t comply for practical reasons or we’ll end up leaving on our own because we can barely manage it. Yet, we're all in a position where we have to do whatever it takes to keep the job. It’s only going to get worse out there. I truly hope things improve soon, so we’ll have more options.

Some groups are 5 days RTO, while some are alternating 2 or 3 days a week RTO but I expect we'll all be 5 days at some point.

Actually it’s amazing after RTO the lack of working a full day .

Some teams are 5 days RTO already, it's not consistent and there appears to be no effort to make it so. Messaging is that it will be 5 days for everyone when they can figure out the space issues.

It’s only 3 days a week, correct? Or is RTO 5 days?
