With LBTs statement of spinning off non core businesses, what do you think is the future of NEX?

Sachin Katti and Srinivas Lingam, worst among the worst
Nothing to spin off , just shut it down
Sachin and Srinivas 2 of the biggest id--ts - certified as another Indian
Why would you spin off NEX?
According to the FY2024 report, NEX is more efficient with an operating margin of 16%, than DCAI with an operating margin of 10%. Maybe consolidation / integration into DCAI could be an alternative.
Of course, CCG has an operating margin of 36%, so you might argue that DCAI and NEX are dragging down the overall operating margin of 27%.
Since CPU (and intel) is no longer the datacenter focus, it makes little sense to retain all the side products that Intel has, as there is little point in offering systems solutions.
That was always paid for by the CPU profitability, and that is gone and not coming back for x86.
Still a good business but to be profitable it now has to be focused only on core products.
I expect to see a wave of shutdowns and divestitures as the company pares down to the core.
Also expect to see the non-EUV fabs be sold or leased to GF. Makes little sense to keep them and the capital from the sale or longterm lease can help fund leading node.
NEX's Sachin Katti and Srinivas Lingam (the Habana AI guy now just doing slick ppt presentations. Lol!) shd get fired
What is there to spin off? NEX takes exiting products and sells them to customer not targeted for desktops/laptops/servers. Would have to just cut the business.
Nex is toast imho. Or it could be gutted and Ethernet moved to Datacenter
I'm amazed at least parts of NEX haven't been spun off already. It's a pretty obvious target.
