Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Poppi Workforce coming in...

With the potential acquisition of poppi and Pepsico, I am curious as to what someone with more experience in this situation would say would happen on both sides of the coin.

Poppi already has a workforce, how fast do you think Pepsico employees will be laid off to make room for them? Or will Poppi employee's be let go.

Nothing will happen in the short to medium term. Why? Because there is no “plan”. PepsiCo buys businesses and it take a long time for them to figure out what to do…it will continue to operate as-is for months before any phased changes take place regarding “integration”.

Only those Poppi people who can get 10+ points of pricing by Q3 will be brought over / retained

It will all depend upon whose work force is cheaper to keep! PepsiCo has time and again shown no loyalty to its own workers but if Poppi managers start calling BS on our business practices they will be shown the door! Nepotism can't be in danger from newbies!
