Since the announcement, have any associates been let go or have any roles been eliminated? It’s been weeks since they said this, but there hasn’t been any information since then.

Does anyone know how long this is actually going to last? I know/heard we are supposed to find out around August/September, but, is that it? Or, if you're "safe" now, could you still be laid off in the next few years? It wasn't clear in the video and GPs won't answer the question in call updates.
The question is not about the beginning, (it has already begun), it’s about the ending.
When comes the moment an associate can say “Whew, I made it!”?
The unfortunate answer: Never. Sorry, but they’ve opened the genie’s bottle and it’s really difficult to put that cork back in.
On a whim, in good times (like now) or bad (when there were zero layoffs, huh?), they can announce a reduction and there is nothing to do about it.
To the branches, men and women! It’s the only profit center and the only “safe space” 😉 at the firm.
T2 is when they are working on the Enterprise Reimagined followed by early T3 with the results. If they get it done earlier they will let associates know based off the FAQ update.
I'm in the OPS division and already dodged a layoff last year when my team was the test dummy for "optimization" but I got lucky and found a new spot that is safe for now but we all know how that goes. We are now told in the next 90 days other areas will have a list.
Hearing by the end of T2 layoffs will be in full swing.
That song is priceless!
It started in Operations last year. Almost 400 Operations associates were offered the VSP. In January, about 40 associates were told they are being involuntary let go.
