Crown castle has no room for outsiders.
He made it a whole 15 months. He was from the outside. People from the outside, which we sorely need, have 0 chance unless they're related to someone very high up, which is what we don't need. Dysfunction junction. The EMT needs to make some good outside hires and then make some really big splash terminations of any Nepo that does anything less than support that person. I mean really get below the surface and root it out. It'd go a long way to solving some really big problems.
