Ahahaha…I have implemented my diabolical plan to train my replacement, but in the wrong way! It’s genius, because the company and the trainee will never figure it out. Once the cheap labor that costs 1/4 my salary starts underperforming, then they’ll see the error of their ways and decide to hire me back! They thought they were going to get away with it, but I foiled their dastardly plan by resisting and using my superior intellect.

Nobody can force us to train our replacement. This is OUTRAGEOUS!
CVX HAS MONEY! But they take it to upper mgmt from us and from Indians. It took us years to get to this level in our careers, and now they want us to train somebody in like 2-3 weeks? Nobody trained us when we joined CVX. They expected us to know and get into the "fire."
If CVX considered that my position is not valuable, then they don't need anybody trained.....

Yes, now that DJT has brought down inflation, lowered grocery costs, brought down interest and mortgage rates, sent the stock market booming, ended the war in Ukraine, acquired Greenland and Gaza and the Panama Canal, he can now focus on the critical issue of CVX layoffs.

Train, wrong things, leave out the ins and outs, leave out the right, important bits. Let them learn what that can be seen only. You don't your part, take whatever package. Don't look back.
