Many of us are finding out that other resources are taking over when new people pop up in our calls. No communication or heads up. Shows lack of respect for people. There is no common courtesy any more. So, yeah, be brutal on the CES survey.

If CES mattered would we be in this place? If PMP mattered would we? It always comes down to who you know, not what or how well you do the job.
