What's your estimate for a SAS R&D VP's salary? The number on Glassdoor is around $300K, which seems low, but I'm not sure.

Is there a new VP in R&D? If so, who?
I think that's low, but maybe not by much. I put Sr Director at that level when you include bonus.
I also think it depends on the group and the various bonus structures between organizations.
I figure workers make 100k, managers 150k, directors 200k, sr directors 300k, VPs 400k and the CEO billions.
