3 weeks per year I think is usual, does anyone know if it is capped at a number of years? Also what happens if you don't sign the docusign?

it's capped at the number of weeks you can get and it varies by the org
if you dont sign you dont get the $$$. but you can get a solicitor and see where that takes you.
