So we are in crunch time now. I think some OUs and projects with emerge totally unscathed. I think this layoff will actually be a small one where we trim the dead wood only.

I have Medtronic device do I need to worry with my battery almost dead and waiting on back surgery
I've had a Meditronic device for 25+yrs, due to neuropathy and spine, back issues.
It's kept me mobile. With the neuropathy worsening, I depend on it. Am 76. I pray there won't be any layoffs. It would be so terribly wrong.
Any confirmation on which OUs are impacted?
Some OUs will be fine but others will be trimmed to the bone.
I heard this will be the second largest layoff in Medtronic history - so who knows what's true
Well similar to what you said, I hear that no matter what, the dead wood must go..::so anyone - based on previous year’s ratings, OR onsite badge scans, shall be shown the the door in 2 weeks. It is what it is. :(
