I'm a GSR8. I'm being pushed to apply to an LL6 position.
Really not interested in management leases (I pay cash for my vehicles). So what is the bonus target for LL6. I don't want to ask my LL6.

If you can become LL6 IC, go for it. But LL6 people leader is sh-t. Especially with how bad Fords executive level management is, it’s difficult to manage a team when leadership can’t pull their heads out of their as--s and actually provide direction, define process and make any sort of decisions that make sense. Model e is a joke and ran by west coast mo--ns with absolutely no experience shipping products let alone competent enough to deliver with the complexity at Ford. They have zero vision. They are overpaid, underworked egotistical turds.

You got told what you needed to hear. You wanted compensation information. This board imparted on you what you'd be throwing away in exchange for money. Either way you go more than you paid for here. All jobs are nowadays are glorified high schools anyway. Becoming an LL6 you'll invite more workplace politics into your life. That's what you want, then send it captain. you may or may not regret it, but at least your were warned.
@f1+1jqs7a35r what fool. Do you know that person or only yourself? Good luck recruit
@dj+1jqs7a35r, what a fool, I haven’t worked at Ford in 3 years and just made up those numbers. So easy to troll this place by dropping the right acronym and being the right level of specific.
As a gs5
You are lied to and support ll6s fake suffering by doing their work while they’re busy crying
As a GSR8, you are a king. As an LL6, you have to grovel and back stab. These are requirements for the job. I know of only 1 LL6 who did not descend into darkness after getting his LL6 sentence.
Thanks @af+1jqs7a35r

8 is the sweet spot you want to be in. If they are going to force you into an LL6 position, you might have to take it, but start making a plan to exit now. They may be able to "encourage" You to take it but if you have an out it'll be a way to get out from under that. Unfortunately once you have attracted the unfortunate attention of being a candidate for the role, denying it can sometimes sour things around you.
It's great to be an 8! Don't do it, I don't know a single happy LL6.
Stay GSR8. Remember, the target is only good if the company meets its objectives. We've already been told it will be a lumpy year and difficult to achieve our goals. Why put yourself in a position to work harder this year for no return? It's like getting a TA in a cr-ppy year- you basically get a pat on the back with no bonus. 0% of 0 is still zero.
You are being pursued by the Peter Principle. Is it worth the bs for a bit more money. Think hard about it.
If you are good at your job as a GSR 8, and soneone is pushing you to become an LL6, it's how they tell you they don't like you without saying it.
Consider it carefully before accepting and if you are content where you're at, why would you want more responsibilities for a little bump in pay. If you get less responsibility then consider it, but this rarely is the case.
Management lease not only covers your vehicle insurance, it covers your vehicle license costs and most maintenance and repairs as well as roadside service . There is a deductible for body work.
If the position you are speaking of is in Model e, I shouldn't have to tell you to apply ASAP. But you need to, now. Think of your future career growth.
If you are unwilling to ask your supervisor a question like that the. I don’t want you to be my LL6.
If memory serves its 14% of your salary. At LL5 this becomes 18%
The management lease includes insurance. Not sure what you're paying now but it may be worth applying for the LL6
