Chief of site after 5 years at BTC

How does an employee with five years company and 15 years total experience become an IT chief of site at the BTC? The technical ladder is dead. Being a chief is meaningless now

I'm just surprised we actually have any 'IT' employees.
Thought that was all contracted out.
At least the non-AI parts.

She is Chief of Staff. Not Chief of Site. And “Chief” roles you are referring to are technical roles, whereas Chief of Staff is management track role. You buffoon. These roles are typically good development areas for younger early/mid career folks CL 25-27. Move on and complain about something else, like the traffic in Bengaluru, or the quality of the food in the cafeteria.
