How insulting is that email from JL our hard work is only worth a 1% raise after the BS q3 and q4 after raising our quota by 5% knowing a vast majority would not hit it just to sc--w us over and they can line their pockets with more money.

You received 4% if you received exceeds on your review.
It went down from there. Everyone is now on the same performance metrics.
The stores, advantage, .com, etc.
If you didn't get 4% then you probably didn't get exceeds.
I know it isn't much but I will take it. Like my old manager always told me, your review should never be a surprise. You know better than anyone if you are making numbers that you need to make.
I always go in pretty much knowing what the grade will be however this year I was surprised at the percentage because if anything it was higher than I thought they would give.
SBA gave the 1% raise to a very vast majority of employees not even a cost of living increase. The only people who got the 4% are the ones up for promotion and the brown nosers and nepotism runs rampant throughout this company putting people in positions they have no business being in and the only reason is the know someone or have a family member in management.
Umm. What part of staples are you in that you got a 1% raise? I got 4%. Not happy with stuff either but I thought the 4% was a common number.
