The GM’s announcement was underwhelming; lots of same people who are already working with named VPs, etc.
How is anything going to change?

In STAC, if you were a Houston based GM you received at least one promotion if not two out of the whole deal… everyone else here’s the door… the proximity bias is very very real and based on the selections I have seen (I.E let’s put folks in charge who have never spent an actual day in the oilfield in their entire life and then try and achieve production milestones and not have any safety incidents) is going to be disastrous. The exception being BH as previous poster mentioned, was prime to be left standing.
I see a lot of leaders were promoted. Top dogs get a promotion, the rest get demotions or shown the door.
As expected! TRB fought hard for his id--t bestie BH to get the CO job and arrange the deck chair swap between him and TS. The bff network of inept managers protecting each other remains intact!
Who are the GMs in the new org?
A lot of them with 30 plus years should have been “suggested” to retire. They will sl@sh the lower folk but let the big dogs continue leading a failed system.
meet the new boss, same as the old boss - looks like we just got fooled again
Spoiler alert: it’s not gonna change.
Rearranging of the deck chairs…Activated.
They go round in circles. We fly out the door. Same as always
Did you expect their reach to go further than a hand job?
This is quid pro quo days, b.
You better have something to offer, ya dig?
Come on and get within, stank, the world the keeps turning boo-bee. I believe. In you. I love you.
