Any employees moving to Austin?
No, the Dallas office is not closing. Also, there is a new round of RTO coming, to be announced next week.
I heard this rumor in 2023 that they planned to close the Dallas office. Some people knew it and told me about it. They announced it to some people in Dallas and the ones I know are looking for new opportunities, they don't plan to move to Austin.

Also, the Barfield office in Atlanta is set to close when the lease expire sometimes in Nov 2025.
You guys know what it means for people in these two offices… RTO in some other state… move or leave IBM.
It is coming for Dallas in the planned Sept/Oct layoffs, and for Atlanta in 1Q 2026.
