Thread regarding TATA Consultancy Services layoffs

F-c the toxic managers at TCS. They have absolutely no leadership skills, are boot lickers and lack any professionalism, this is especially true of the a-s-kissing goat humping managers located in India. They would never make the cut in America and will do anything to please their masters. Most of the Indian managers are from the wild jungles of southern India with 25 syllables in their name, as if that makes them special. Most of them have no class or any kind of social skills. They are simply wild dogs being promoted by their equivalent southern India bosses which lack any qualifications, except they are from scheduled classes and have been forced [rumored into titles to make the Indian DEI quotas.
F-c them all and their incompetence, no wonder TCS is not respected by any of their North American clients. That where these boot licking Indian managers come in useful to lick the sh-t off the American customer as--s.
Desperately Looking for another job , and can’t wait to give the circus of fools the same day notice.
