TCS is the worst company for anybody to join. It is run by a group of useless people that cannot get a job anywhere else. These so called leaders are boot lickers...no self respect, dignity and no back bone. If I was ceo, I would fire them all.
That and all the visa abuses make this a toxic place to work.
