What is the deal with the Brazil research center? 100% cost sink. Can anyone name a single thing of value coming out of that place? What are we getting for the money we are spending there?

What business do we have in Brazil other than drilling dry holes on leases we overpaid significantly for? People should have been fired over the last round of Brazil incompetency.
It’s there to satisfy the Brazilian government and facilitate EM O&G business in the country. It is not there to do real research.
