Mike D will not be missed by anyone who has any business acumen! I am amazed he is still able to get any job with any repeatable company. His track record speaks for itself.

Arana was part of layoffs in August. Him and his team. Huge loss to 3M because his ethics were amazing and he is a great leader. 3M didn’t deserve him.

It is amazing how the company is losing leadership. These are not bad people.

Losing delvaccio is not good for 3M. Monish is retooling for when he takes over as CEO of 3M HC spin, but that portfolio makes no sense and I predict it never even get spun off. Hearing lawsuit is trying got prevent it too and that might work.

I never like the fact that he gave his brother-in-law a job at a high-level in the company. The brother-in-law quit to go take more money was canned and wanted to come back and he couldn’t get it done. So I am checked and resented hiring his own relatives and then lying about it. Roman lied about it too because calls were placed at the hotline and he denied it. All you have to do is go online and find out their New Jersey roots the roots in Georgia and everywhere one went the other one went. It’s not circumstantial those are facts.

Both men are nothing more than self-serving narcissists.
Positive move - their salaries combined will save the jobs of 200 engineers!
Addition by subtraction.

I am celebrating Michael’s leaving. He was integral in ruining the healthcare business because of a vendetta against KCI!! He had his personal grudge against KCI and wanted to drag them down to show his so called power and to get revenge on KCI for letting him go. KCI had no fit with 3M Healthcare. He has ruined both businesses. (Legacy KCI and Legacy 3M) He is leaving millions of dollars richer while others have lost their jobs because of his poor judgement and decisions. Good riddance.

How does 3M create 2 world class companies? When they are losing senior leaders in the spin off company?

Are we missing something from what Mike is seeing?

Are they retiring or evacuating the dumpster fire?

With the sudden mass exodus of many senior leaders, do they know something about the future of our pensions we don't?
