Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

forced to wear too many hats

I was hired for one role and since then I've taken on three other roles, while maintaining that primary role. The training for these roles is nonexistent and I'm worried this balancing act is going to come crashing down. What can I do to improve my position without making it seem like I don't know what I'm doing?

I know it’s cr-p when you don’t want to say no to someone who’s above your pay grade, but just remember, they asked you because they can’t do it themselves or are just too lazy. So if you do it right, they can at least say, they’ve pick the right person for the job and take all the credit for a job well done. However, if you get it wrong they’ll just thank you and never ask you again.
Just saying……
Regards.
