Why is the website not working. Nothing comes up when you search. Looking for a pillow and none come up. Is something wrong with the site or are things really that bad???

Had same issues. Wasn’t able to complete order on TBS and had to complete on consumer site. Luckily they had coupons and free shipping loaded. Embarrassing. Often have experience of customers phones outperforming store systems.
BBB tech not working correctly or at all is a real shocker.
