Many of those moved to the vendor will likely be laid off in relatively short order due to our higher salaries than their in house employees. We all know that. What kind of severance plans do these vendors offer to employees that they lay off? Same 2 weeks per year as Allstate?

The vendors are reputable and honest companies. Allstate has personally vetted them to ensure that they have integrity and will treat all of the seasoned Allstate employees that transfer over with respect and dignity.
They will be offering 2 weeks of severance per year of service with Allstate, and they’ll even throw in a free bridge in Brooklyn!
From what ive heard the vendor isn't offering severence which is why I'm personally hoping allstate lays me off and I don't get rebadged to the vendor. I think once the vendors employees get caught up to speed they layoff the US workers due to costs
