Hearing very big changes/layoffs coming to several OUs, specifically in marketing and integrated marketing. Including shared services (like multichannel marketing and digital operations) which will likely be disbanded and mostly laid off. What is everyone else hearing.

looks like some consultants have pitched yet another reorg with the promise of cost savings. they can see geoff coming from a mile away.
This company is a huge mess. Very few competent managers, no directors and no executive level people. What is the board of this company waiting for?

OP, is this speculation or do you have a reliable source? I wondered about this outcome but I’m guessing - not based on inside knowledge.
Anything can be offshored or out sourced now a days. I hope I'm still around to watch MDT implement these cost savings without knowledgeable "boots on the ground Folks" to support the mess.
IT will be RIF again. The Indian facility is ramping up their engineering department. I won't be shock if engineering depts will be hit.
