They only promote people that are Indian. They don’t promote anybody that’s American. Even if you received a really good review. They’re so discriminatory. It’s so obvious.

QA is being centralized all across and not sure how it is going to work but is this a telling sign of how they will start letting audit people go?

I've heard some contractors that have been here for some time are not getting renewed.

It’s as simple as that.

These accounts would not be suffering such penalties if they did not keep rotating out unmotivated management who do not know the assignment.

Find the right people who know what to do, get it done, then keep them there.

Issue is with management they don’t have any idea what’s happening in the accounts . There are bunch of managers doing nothing in the accounts which need to be fired .

EDI aaS is gone to vendor named Cognizant and partly to Infinite. Local Gainwell knowledge base is flushed down the toilet due to such decisions.

Who would have guessed that years of downsizing, cost cutting, failure to retain, infighting, and generally treating employees like dirt, would have brought Gainwell to this point.

ITO was moved to NTT, a much better company than Gainwell. Sounds like other teams are getting Pajeeted.

Oh my goodness, so glad to be out of there! I feel for anyone left who's trying to do a good job. My belief is that characters who were big in their individual companies HMS, DXC, etc derailed progress by competing with each other and being territorial. As for the states, incumbent leadership covered up for bad practices over many years. State leaders began reaching out to Gainwell leadership resulting in multiple go-to-green plans all over the country. It's that kind of stuff that put Gainwell in the position they're in: farming out departments to third parties! Good luck to the working class. Some of your leaders have failed you.

Yes and then contracted back to Gainwell. You must apply to your new employer. You will continue at Gainwell as a contractor because you have to train the employee from India next to do your job.
