H1B Indian is destorying PepsiCo now. On the 4th floor of the Plano office, nearly everyone appears to be Indian.
If you’re missing pay, file a labor complaint. You’re no longer there. It can’t hurt you.
Offshore can’t handle the work and the company sends everything they can there. I’m glad I left when I did. My last paycheck and bonus were incorrect. I reported it immediately. No one has bothered to respond to me. I’ve heard current employees are impacted as well.
PepsiCo is aggressively moving it's jobs offshore while reducing head-count in the US. These H1Bs most likely will land somewhere else. We cannot afford them anymore.
