Everybody is worthless in this company when SH!T hits the ceiling. You are as good as an employee number that is tagged to you on your first day.

Way too much headcount up at the Director and Executive level who only make the PowerPoint slides look colourful so that investors are happy.

Chop heads starting from the top and make the company lean. For each of the executives trimmed, 5-10 hard working employees can be hired who actually work.

If you get laid off you go on a list and cant be rehired for a year. Doesn't matter if someone wants to hire you. The higher ups don't want to look more stupid than they already do for the indiscriminate cuts. Rehiring someone is admitting failure.

Why would you want to go back anyway. Move on from the dumpster 🔥.

It's shameful. It's like they are telling all of these employees who were dedicated doe years with them... that they are all worthless. Most companies will defer to those laid off first for positions. I also think Baker is in the game of age discrimination due to who is being laid off. It should be investigated.
